What is your shipping policy?

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination. This approach allows us to provide competitive pricing while maintaining the quality of service. What is your return policy?

All sales are FINAL on all products for sanitation. If you received defective, damaged or the wrong product, please email us with your name, order number, and a photo of the product, within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
To be eligible for a replacement of the same item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
